Thanks peeps.xx Quote
MrT Posted July 16, 2006 Report Posted July 16, 2006 If it is a regular tick-tick sound from the wheels it could be something stuck in the tyres, anything from a nail to a small stone between the treads. I would check all your tyres thoroughly. If you describe the sound in more detail, you may get a more accurate diagnosis. Quote
mumof4 Posted July 16, 2006 Author Report Posted July 16, 2006 I found the source of the noise..i looked in the dark last night..looked again this morning before i left..found that my tyres are covered in squashed marshmallow would you believe (well thats what it looked like) and stuck to that was all sorts of crap!!that was the clunking sound!!!!..When i got back this aft I cleaned off the tyres as i didnt think it would be good to leave the sticky stuff on. Quote
